Rafal Wiktorski
Software Developer
I’ve been at GSCF since 2014, working as a Software Developer. I started with a full-time contract, but in May this year the company allowed me to reduce my hours to 80%.
It’s great to see how the company is expanding. Back when I started there were five of us; today, our team is double the size (and still growing …).
What do I like most about GSCF? The people! Everyone is nice and easy to work with and we have a lot of international colleagues (I’m from Poland, I studied in Poland and the UK and then I moved to Switzerland to join GSCF). I also appreciate the fact that GSCF is careful to make sure we’re not put under too much stress, which is not the case in every company nowadays. Finally, I like having a short decision chain. It means that one person can really make a difference, whether for their team or for the whole company.
Annamária Béres
Programme Lead
I started at GSCF in 2019 as a Programme Manager, and today I’m a Programme Lead in the Credit Operations Department, making use of my economics degree. I love working in a team, working with numbers and understanding and improving processes. GSCF offers me all this and more!
We’re split into teams that are responsible for one or more clients, depending on the size of the programme and the level of service we provide to the customer. That said, we all work closely together, with our different departments all located in the same office in Zug. That makes it easy to solve problems quickly. Thanks to this cooperation, we learn something new every day by sharing our expertise and working together to build a knowledge base.
I really like the friendly and multinational environment at GSCF. Since most of us were born outside Switzerland, we share our experiences of living in a new country as well as stories from our home countries. We learn a lot about each other and our different cultures, and sometimes we even meet each other’s families.
I have two small children, so balancing my personal life and my work is a challenge. GSCF allows us the flexibility we need, letting us work from home or even from abroad – which is great when you want to spend school holidays in another country!
Vermon Canyo
Technical Operations Analyst
Since 2020, I’ve worked for GSCF as part of the Technical Operations team. Despite the challenges of the pandemic and not being able to spend much physical time in the office with my team, I always felt a warm welcome from everyone at GSCF.
Being part of Technical Operations is very fulfilling: I provide solutions and high-quality support to other internal teams and GCSF’s clients. Having previously been a database administrator, this role has opened doors for me to learn new technologies and become more multi-faceted. I also like being part of a very dynamic and collaborative team with fresh new ideas to keep improving our business and ways of working.
Apart from work, I like the fun and engaging events we hold outside the office, and, of course, the great vibe in the kitchen during breaks with colleagues!

Programme Structuring Manager
I joined GSCF in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 2010 as a Financial Analyst. Since then, I have spent time in various departments within the company, such as Operations, Risk, Business Analysis and now Programme Structuring. In each role, I learnt different skills and developed tools that have enhanced my professional career. GSCF has always been a supporter of personal development, and trainings are a big element of the company’s culture.
What I like most about working at GSCF are the challenges of my everyday work and the support of the great teams around me who help solve them. I also love working in an international environment with colleagues from different nationalities and clients all over the world – some days, it almost feels like I could be in Switzerland! It is not very common in Uruguay to work in such an international setting, so I am very grateful to GSCF for giving me the chance to work with colleagues of different cultures, many of whom have become close friends over the years.
